Kenneth C. Welch Jr., Ph.D.

As a proven leader, Dr. KenWelch has developed, trained, and overseen teams in various operating venues utilizing excellent communication, planning, motivational, and management skills. He enjoys helping others reach their potential and accomplish life goals. During his nearly 30-year Facilities Management Career within the private industry in NY and with public institutions in NJ, Dr. Ken found a true passion in education. Now, after having taught undergraduate, graduate, and high school courses for the past 11.5 years, Dr. Ken has been invited to take the leadership reins of a K-8 urban school. Beginning July 1, 2023, Dr. Ken Welch will become the new Principal of the Dawn Treader Christian School in Paterson, NJ.
